Big changes can be a chance to grow — even when life feels messy and hard to see through. This 3‑month package gives you steady support as you rebuild your pathway. Together, we’ll look at where you are, where you want to be, and the pathway to get you there. Includes: • 6 x 60‑minute 1:1 sessions (Zoom or phone) • 1 x 15‑minute Regroup Session — Regroup Session (15 minutes) A short session for the moments you feel like you’re not on the path. We’ll slow things down, look at what’s getting in the way, and choose the next steady step forward. Zoom or Telephone Session • Between‑session text/email contact for support and quick check‑ins Text/Email Support (between sessions): Available 8:00 AM–10:00 PM CST. I respond within 24 hours.
